Why is Footcare Important?
Foot care is essential because our feet are believed to represent various organs in the body. In Chinese medicine, reflexology has been developed, suggesting that each organ is connected to specific points on the feet, reflecting its condition.
Healthy feet absorb shock, keep us balanced, and drive every step. When they’re neglected pain ripples up to knees and back. Foot care isn’t vanity; it’s preventive medicine that safeguards mobility and quality of life.
